Did not deliver all my items, took over 1 month to deliver a dresser and when it came it was damaged
this moving company took over a month to finally deliver my items and when a dresser did come it was damaged.The company uses subcontractors to complete long distance moves and they are very unprofessional do not speak english and reeked of body odor, dressed in cutoffs and flip flops. they took total payment when they should have taken half on pickup and the other half on delivery. i also have a dispute in to my credit card company because the moving company charged 2xs what the quote was. I recieved a letter today that they want to give me a settlement of 90.00 for my missing set of china and other miscellaneous items. I have still not recieved the final invoice to check what was delivered all this took place starting june 1,2010.
