Problem with projector
Hello. I need help with my projector.
I just recently moved to a new house and Ive been trying to get my Wi-Fi settings on my projector to work and it just appears to me as a loading screen. Ive done this for about 10 times already and its still doing the exact same thing.
Ive tried to turn it on and off and that still doesnt work. I have no idea what to do.

I bought a projector in November of 2024. It went out in December of 2024.
Unfortunately, I didn't have an extended warranty from Target, which was the store I purchased it from. I had to call Vankyo twice before receiving an email informing me that I would have to pay for shipping. The person that I spoke with has very limited duties.
She's only there to answer questions. It's not a good product to buy and not a good company to buy the product from.
Preferred solution: Full refund

Can't get WiFi to show
It aint let me connect to WiFi and I lost ny remote so I downloaded the Roku app to use the remote like I used to a few months ago and it wont connect to either the WiFi remote or projector

No has given me any answer, i was just told some one will call me. I have Vankyo 700w performance Projector and no remote. Need a remote it was a wedding gift so I have no receipt I received it June 3, 2024, I just opened it and did find a remote when open I reached out to customer service, still waiting for response

I need help downloading apps on the projector
I tried to download Pluto and other apps but I kept receiving a message saying that I needed to enter a code. That's pretty much all I need help with...
Device not working.
Poor product.
Vankyo should list up front what phones their projector will not work with.
While trying to get info for not working lots of time spent buying cables, searching internet to find my phone did not support Vankyo.
And because of this time consumed Best Buy won't refund my money.
Vankyo should be up front on what phones won't connect.
I'm scared and not happy.

So I guess you don't have any support. Can't resize, it 24 from the ceiling and you can't get it off the ceiling unless you prop it up with a big book?
I don't get it. What do you have to do to get it to do anything. Have not heard from anyone.
If it that much trouble now I may as well send it back. I can't see any tipe of adjustment that dose anything.
Preferred solution: A product that works with out all the hasel of the things you don't tell people about. And forget support. They probably can't fix it so they don't respond.

So once you steam from Netflix, Amazon you hit play picture doesn't go or get bigger??
So the projector needs a fire stick. It does state in the troubleshooting area.
I think that the words have to be a little bit more bold at the beginning, letting the customers know that they need to stick in order to run Netflix or AmazonPrime , Hulu.. like maybe Projectors Will Not WORK WITHOUT STICK ..
and Vankyo should supply the headset wire with straight stick outlet bc I bought three speakers, and neither one of them had the stick outlet they would fit into the projector. They had the one like the iPhones flat like a little Cartlidge.

Why is it not connecting to my laptop if I have the HDMI cables hooked up?
We hooked it up to our Chromebook and we Google some stuff some shortcuts and troubleshoot. It is playing , but it is not showing on the screen. The screen is completely black one playing.

Problem with projector
Won't connect to Wi-Fi router when I try Leisure 430W D30T it says connected but then disconnects as soon as it says connected press to disconnect
