I cant find a card to reload my 75 dollars bought by cashiers error. Looked at 30 stores.
Asked for refund never got an answer. Now I have a piece of cash receipt cant do anything with. I called. Yo it r office three times.
Couldnt help. Please I need a card to add my money to. Over one month. Please respond in appropriate time.
Either send me an empty card to reload. Which I would use often for online purchase or for my sons gaming about 300 every month for that. Or tell me where to get one. I live in Montreal Quebec.

your customer service agents are excellent but their hands are tied by how little action they can take. When you call the customer service helpline you get an eight year old notification.
This very much needs to be updated. you also need to verify where a person can purchase a reload card the first two recommendations you have on your website walmart and 7-11, where i live in Alberta. They looked at me like I was crazy. They had no idea what I was talking about.
And I felt extremely embarrassed.
not to mention very frustrated.
and back to your agents I was at a store, trying to purchase a reload card and because I was using big bills, the store came up with a fraudulent warning so I couldnt purchase the Reload card. I talked to your customer service agent explain to her what was going on and I think that to better your business your agent shouldve had the opportunity to override this fraud notification, she could tell that there was some kind of an error, but theres absolutely nothing she could do to fix it

First of all I live in Canada so we have a 6 letter and number zip code . Not just.
5 number zip code!!! I can give u certain info on my prepaid reloadable Visa card, I've been in a very bad accident and need my cards replaced, however I was in a coma for almost 1 year.

Myvanilla says i cant sign in
Everytime I try to sign in online to check my reloadable cards balance I get a red notice at the top of the screen saying system error. Even after calling customer service and getting my account recent and a new password sent to me. Still havent been able to sign I online.
Preferred solution: The issue fixed so I can continue to use the online features.

My complaint is about how my cheque arrived a month later for my refund of 203.95 or something. Can't cash my cheque anywhere because it's 30 days old.
So now I need to ask for another cheque to be refunded again.
Like this is ridiculous why can't this company e transfer clients money to there banks through email?? Instead of getting a cheque that not able to cash or be cashed cause sond people don't have what they should im so disappointed I got my cheq 30 day later :'(

Currently on a trip to Europe and before coming here I bought a 1000$ worth of vanilla visa prepaid card and none seem to be working here. I can't even access my balance on the website because when I finish entering my info and enter it says there was a problem and to try another time.

Bonjour ma carte Vanille a été bloqué par votre service à la clientèle à cause d'un problème, j'avais acheté en ligne et ça auto refusée la carte n'était pas activée, puis j'ai appelé le service à la clientèle et femme qui maman a répondu m'avait fait savoir que sa prend 24h pour la carte soit activée, et je lui est dit que sur le site de vérification de la carte c'est écrit en cour de traiteursjusqu'à ce que ma dit que sa prend 7 jours verser que jeargent retourne dans mes comptes après les 7 jours j'ai vue que la transaction a été validée, j'ai appelé encore pour expliquer le problème à un notre agent, elle ma dit que l'autre ne ma pas bien exappliqué que la transaction est automatique que sa peut pas retourner sur mon compte, je lui explique que quand j'étais dans mon application pour faire l'achat puisque que la carte n'était pas active quand j'essaye de faire l'achat sa dit erreurs jusqu'à deux représailles sa ne passeême pas, commenter sa peut être validé alors que fait échec direct dans l'application, pour que mon opération puis abouti il faut que je sois dans l'application et remplir le formulaire et faire la sélection et l'entrée les informations de la carte, si sa refuser prochain je dois reprendre encore, c'est comme j 'achète avec ma carte de débit sa fait échec et j'appelle lun banque pour débloquer et une fois débloqué le virement est automatiquement valideé chez le commerçant sans que je réutilise ma carte ses impossibles ça, il mon envoyé un formulaire pour remplir et le faire retourner je lai fait Maïs jusqu'à cadeau J'ai pas de nouvelle et je ne peux pas pas plus accédé suissur compte et ni joindre le sservice à la clientèle ça dit que ma charrettee n'est pas valide
