finally was contacted that order was shipped.
Hi...A company that advertises on eBay called VANILLA- LOVE- U.S,A has not shipped my order#2325 from March 27th.I have tried to contact them several times and with PayPal helping with no success as they refuse to respond.
I unfortunately did not put order through eBay but contacted them directly as they said I would get a better deal. My mistake for not going through eBay I guess.
At this point I feel they do not intend to ship my order or offer me a refund.
Since they advertise on eBay is there anything ebay can do for me.
