No one responds to messages. No number to call.

Vanico Maronyx sold me faulty bathroom tub podium and vanity

Vanico Maronyx is deceiving consumers. They are selling bathroom products that do not resist water damage.
Yet when I called, wrote and sent pictures they said that I should have wiped the tub better and used silicone to protect the wood. Both of which I did. I was assured that these products would resist water damage bacause of the wood that they used. Yet two years later the tub and vanity are ready for the dump.
My dream bathroom has turned into a nightmare. Their response, they blamed me! The products they sell are for the bathroom and they should not get too wet! That is absurd.
Their VP of Sales, Marie-Jose Parise did offer me the opportunity to purchase another tub at cost. Wow, what a solution, buy more products from us. I would never purchase another faulty product or recommend a badly manufactured product to anyone. I made the mistake once and it cost me a lot of money.
Their products are not cheap. Beware, they look nice but are not made for a bathroom. If this was just one product that was faulty they should have replaced it without sending a document basically reiterating how they are legally covered because I supposedly did not wipe off the water enough. Again, this is not true.
Their products are poorly manufactured and they do not stand behind them. Shame on You VANICO Maronyx!
