I cannot access my account because it's under my old username and email. I have a new phone number and email address. If you can update my new phone number and email, I would greatly appreciate it.

Preferred solution: Need to get access to my account since I have a new phone number and email address,I am locked out because of this issue

There has been no resolution nor effort put forth to resolve this issue at all by Vanguard even though I told them my account contained all the money to my name.

I found myself in an identity theft war with Nigerian scammers and hackers over the past year. They attacked me in my most vulnerable state.

I was outnumbered and getting robbed of everything, including all my cash. When they hacked and stole my SoFi account, I began to transfer funds from it to my Vanguard accounts using my debit card. I transferred $240k and just before my 7-day hold expired, allowing me to withdraw, they locked my account down. They kept telling me that someone would call within 72 hours, but it was over a week before I received a voicemail stating my account was fraudulent and they were keeping the $240k.

These funds I had recovered from people who had been robbing me all year long. I told Vanguard they were holding all the funds I had to my name, yet they retained them, offering no explanation.

Consequently, I ended up losing my church property which included everything I had left - over a million in real estate and personal property. This was because they denied me access to my money, adding to my woes, just like most of the other banks which had been compromised due to my identity theft.
