Verified ReviewerResolved: I can't get into my account ever!
- 401k deduction is 5% of pay; no statements.
- Can't access account; no supervisor.
- HR provided info; access remains blocked.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. I had to go to my union and request hello.
I went to human resources to make sure can guard had the right info. Which human resources has the same info for security I did. Which is shining the truth. I puked what could it if there's.
I never received a statement but indeed. And now I'm being charged an arm and a key to take money out. Being taxes at least 2x on it. Never again!
I'll put the money in a high tells savings.
It took me over a week until anyone would weed talk to me. And many mm.
Morning! I called there about that and to raise what they take to 10%. Thinking in doing the right thing. Well, they will not let me in my account.
Over the phone, online, they won't let me talk to a supervisor. They say my security questions are wrong. Brings I only have one address, just one for years now. And they asked my share date, which there is only one of those.
They say I'm wrong. So I called human resources and they have me the information, which by their easy I was right. I have called 7 times this last week. I keep getting in touch with human resources as they have this info and stated my 401k.
I still can't get in. The guard keeps saying, 'Why don't you try again' to get the answers right. I told them I can't. There's only one right answer.
It's not a guessing game. So now I want my money out of there. I can't get in my account to do so, and they are still taking my money. What do I do?
Help!!! Ridiculous!

Verified ReviewerThe website has transfer your can quickly to your bank account...
- Transfer to bank signed me out, and I couldn't sign back in.
- About 90 minutes later I had to call.
- They charged a 20% plus a $75 withdrawal fee.
Only you can't do that as soon as I hit transfer my money into my bank account and signed me out and then claimed that I couldn't sign back in even though I was signing back in with the same username and password as I had prior. Finally, after an hour and a half of aggravation, I had to call there, and when I informed them I wanted to withdraw my money and the woman laughed at me.
She thought this was funny; then she proceeded to charge me 20% on top of the $75 just for a fee for withdrawal after it's been sitting there making money.
They've been making money. What a joke.
