My order not received

Tracking said package not able to be delivered and was sent back to logistics: YUNTU and was processed on 6/12/21.
I have tried to get this information to someone who could actually send my order back to me, reorder the merchandise again or refund my money. Which is $46.00. I have not been able to actually find anyone that is willing to help get my merchandise or refund to me.
