Horrible Service schedule for warranty refrigerator work.

3 service calls - 9am to 5pm service window. Dealing with this for 2 months!

They WILL NOT tell you day before if you can expect a morning or afternoon service call.

"It is up to the Tech to plan his route" I was told. Horrible planning and logistics!

Last update. Apparently Best will only offer $100 back and Van Vreedes would offer to drop the price of a chair I liked $50 so in total only $150.00 off of a $600 chair.

So we decided Vans can fixed this pos Best chair again and we went to Ashley Furniture and found the exact chair for $550.00 and for $100.00 more will add an additional 4 yrs on the chair.

I would never buy another pos from Best Furniture nor would I shop for furniture at Van Vreedes. You can find better prices and better warranties at Ashley Furniture or FurnitureLand in Pulaski.

Tyler the service mgr at van vreedes was able to get a partial refund back from Best and Van Vreedes would make up the difference of what my chair costed. The only thing was Best told Van Vreedes that they are not allowed to sell me another piece of Best furniture. Lol now theres a company that stands by their product.

Bought a Best Brand chair and broke 3 time in less than a year

Bought a Best Brand rocker. Three months later the rocking mech broke.

Vans wont return it but its under warranty. Fine, 3 weeks later a new mech was installed. Right before the last Packer playoff, rocker spring breaks. 2 weeks later, that gets fixed.

Now on June 16, rocker mech breaks agin. Just got a new mech installed today and the chair makes annoying squeaking and clunking noises. Was told that happens.

How when the whole rocking mech was just replaced today? The furniture mgr said hed try to get a replacement chair if Best decides so.

Ive had Lay-z-boys, Ive had Ashlands and they lasted longer before I had to fix them.

Dishwasher does not drain properly

In 2012 we had a Bosh dishwasher installed. Worked well until recently. We called Van Vreedes to schedule a service call. They sent Howie Voitz who came out and said the dishwasher was not installed to mfg. specs. And could not help. That cost us 89.62

We called Van Vreedes and spoke to a manager who said he could do nothing. I would have to work with the plumber that installed the dishwasher. What we cannot understand is when you use Van Vredees recommended third party suppliers and something goes wrong it is my problem.

We will have a plumber we have used in the past correct the problem. Van Vredees has lost a customer and we will share this experience with our friends. It is buyer beware

when doing business with Van Vredees.

Van Vreedes Doesn't Hold Up Their End of the Deal

We recently purchased 4 appliances from Van Vreedes a month before the delivery date we wanted. Two days before delivery we were called and told our refrigerator was on back order for a MONTH!

We used a loaner fridge in the meantime. I had to call and ask about the fridge when the month of back order was up. Miraculously it was scheduled for delivery the next day. When it finally came, it was too big for the space.

So we went and picked out a smaller fridge for the same price as the top of the line fridge we had ordered to begin with, screwed on price again! Then we were told that it would not be here for 2 weeks and we had to pay an additional delivery charge of $50 on top of the delivery charge we already paid for. They would not give us a refund for the original fridge without charging a rental fee for the loaner. So two months after we paid for a fridge we still don't have one and Van Vreedes has our money.

Basically, don't shop here if you want what you paid for on time! Also expect terrible customer service and ridiculous delivery charges.
