- - They charged a $10 address correction fee.
- - They double charged and shipped again.
- - They stopped responding and the root stock was not good.
I ordered rootstock and had to correct the ship to address. I sent them an email to correct, as requested in the email to confirm the order.
They claimed they could not make a correction without an additional $10 fee! They claimed the order had already been sent, but that turned out to be a lie! I told them not too...they did it anyway and then proceed to double ship and double charge me for the products. They stopped responding to emails and to make matters worse -- the blankety-blank root stock is not any good.
Do not order from them - awful products, awful service -- and no service.
Total scam.
