there is not a single thing I am against with this website for it is utmost suitable younger generations to express themselves via an alternative subculture that is my only ''complaint''

The charged me double and sent 4 shirts 2 of them were the WRONG FREAKING SHIRTS!!! This is bad customer service through and through!!!

I received a broken item
I want a replacement for a broken item. No one ever responds.
Their mailbox is full.I have spent over a thousand dollars on this site, and you can't even get to leave a message.
I won't be buying again if they don't respond. This is BS

I received a broken item
Well, I've been giving vampire freaks time to clear their voice-mail box, so I can leave a message saying that I received a broken item. Well 2 weeks still can't leave a message.
I am not happy about this. I didn't want to leave a bad review with out giving them a chance but now I'm Pissed off. I've spent over a thousand dollars in a month there. I referred over 40 people in my group and they have been shopping there.
If I tell them to they will STOP. AS I AM GOING TO DO.

Email about a fraudulent order
No one answered the call and you cant leave a message for them to cal l you back and no one emailed me back either so I never got my order or money back Im very disappointed in the customer service I had received

Did not get order
Order says it was delivered at 5:30 last night did not receive my package nothing on my camera hopefully it finds its way to my house
Got my order USPS messed up but I got it I'm very happy
USPS said that it was delivered and it wasn't but it got dropped off today so I'm very very very very happy thank you very much
