I am in a vamoose from my to va.. it is so hot everyone is complaining bus driver won't listen

The buss heat and air conditioning was not functioning.. it was either horribly hot or bitter cold making the entire ride soooo uncomfortable! I should be refunded !

I always travel vanishes.. this last bus ride the ac and heat not working.. it was either 100 degrees or below freezing.the most uncomfortable tide ever. I would like a refund!

Vamoose bus Bethesda/NY

My husband and I took the Vamoose bus to N.Y. from Bethesda June 2 at 7:30 a.m. The bus broke down on the N.J. Turnpike around Cherry Hill, N.J. I had to be in N.Y. for a 2:00 rehearsal for Opera Lafayette, which had a performance at the Metropolitan Museum of Art that evening (June 2) at 7:00 p.m. It seems the engine stopped working and Vamoose wouldn't give us very much information except to say that they didn't know how long we would be stopped and if they had to order another bus, it would be from Delaware. When I realized I would never make my rehearsal on time if I waited, my husband and I took an Uber to Manhattan along with 2 other people. It cost $130 for 4 of us and I thought Vamoose should pay for half of that since I had a professional engagement in NY. I tried talking with them and a supervisor and they would not pay the extra $65. They did give us 2 free round trips each but this trip was already a free ride to make up for the LAST time we went on Vamoose when the bus broke down. I consider them to be an unreliable bus service at this point and think it's only fair they compensate us for the $65 we had to spend to get to our professional engagement on time.
