I have been waiting too get my redeemed points since December 30th I ask for my reward to be put on Amazon gift card for $10.30 cents it is now January 17th an still no reward for the points I redeemed this is totally unacceptable an not a good way too treat a customer what I don't get is you have my email address which is shannonaebischer66@***.com an that is how every other time I redeemed points they sent it to my email address with instructions on how to get my reward now I feel like valueme ripped me off An don't care about giving the people the reward that they rightfully earn I will be reporting this to the better business browser thanks for nothing

I cashed out on 1/13 and here we are over a week. I emailed them because it's been over 48 hours but have yet to get a response back from them. I would definitely steer clear away from them as they are NOT loyal to us.

Not getting paid for my reward to paypal $10 they said 48 hrs it has been a week and I've tried 3 times to contact support but no response at all

I tried to cash out for $20 but never got it. Emailed them over 3 months ago with no response.
Now my account is "Under Review" Horrible customer service. They need to fix or this app is just a scam.
1(22 - Not only did they never replied to two of my emails, but got a message today saying my messages are now blocked! Horrible and unprofessional!

I have had a good experience with this app. In the beginning.
But my last two rewards have taken a long time to receive. My last reward has not arrived. Have been waiting for over a month. I claimed it through the app on may 23.
They keep saying that it is on the way. Nothing yet.

Payout in ""24-48 hours" had now been stretched into 10 days. They did send out a mass email last week that said:
"Hi,
Thank you for being a valued member of the ValueMe app.
We really appreciate your participation!
We are proactively reaching out to let you know that we are experiencing technical difficulties with the delivery of our rewards. We are working hard on fixing the problem and your reward will be delivered as soon as possible. As a token of our appreciation we will be depositing 50 points into your account as soon as the issue is resolved.
Thank you!"
And when I emailed them a few days later they replied:
"Hi -
Thank you for reaching out to us and being a valued member of the ValueMe app. We really appreciate your participation!
We are experiencing technical difficulties with the delivery of our rewards.
We are working hard on fixing the problem and your reward will be delivered as soon as possible.

So, I'm trying to hold on to hope that there really is a technical issue and that I'm actually going to get the money they promised me. I'll keep you posted.

It has been a week since I requested a payout from the value me app their app states that they will make the payment within 24 to 48 hours it is going on 7 Days now the last time it took them almost just as long to make a payment now this time if it's taking even longer I'm about to delete the app I think it's pretty messed up that I do the requirements that they require and I have their app on my phone so they need to keep up their end of the bargain as well if you ask me delete their app because they are a fraud.

I still haven't received payment after a week
I had nothing but good luck with them on the payouts till recently I cashed out on the 27th of May for $10 and some change and I'm still waiting June 26th for the payout and all I get in return is we're experiencing higher volume payouts may take longer than expected and I have messaged them several times and that's the message they send over and over it's a scam I have a feeling.
