I started receiving Boating & Outdoor Life. I contacted them to cancel. They refused to tell me where they got my information or who started the promotional subscriptions so I could complain to the source! They should not be allowed to operate if they do not provide the source! I will contact congress to demand legislation to stop wasting peoples time and natural resources. By forcing unsuspecting and innocent citizens to contact the unsolicited...

Total scam going on with this company! I purchased products through a cosmetics company, was supposed to get rebates from Valuemags, but never received them. They claim they never received one of my rebate forms and tried telling me that their offer was expired at the time of the other purchase, yet I have an email stating otherwise. Based on results from Google search, they are known for their scam tactics. Beware of the fraud going on with...

Like many others, I was subscribed to People magazine without my knowledge or consent. When I checked with People subscriptions, I found out it had been done via Value mags. Tried calling their 800-301-9019 number to cancel and got roped into another survey for a free Caribbean cruise for two (pay only port fees of $65). When I spoke to the cruise rep and said I wanted Value mags, I got cut off. Then when I tried calling back and didn't answer...

Same thing. Received people and vogue magazines without subscribing. When u speak with them, let them know if they do not cancel all subscriptions that you will be contacting a lawyer for fraud. Thatll do the trick.

Vogue Review

Ordered from fromyouflowers, a horrible disorganized service that apparently gave away my information to a magazine company. Now I'm receiving Vogue magazine in my name with April 2017 on the address tag on top of tons and tons of junk email about medical treatments and secret product specials. These companies suck and should never be able to use your information to sign you up for subscriptions

Just received a subscription to glamour magazine that I didn't order. I don't want and I don't see how this isn't illegal ordering magazines with other people's information.

Have been receiving People magazine weekly for months now. I have called and asked them to stop. I have emailed for them to stop. I have taken every step I could have possibly taken for them to stop. The magazines still come. I don't know how to get this resolved. If you have any dealings with this company, do your best to get out. I honestly don't even think it's cost me any money, but I have a small mailbox and several mail items have...

Received a copy of Popular Photography today. I did not ask for this subscription and I had to waste my valuable time tracking down how I got the magazine for fear that my credit card security had been compromised. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes, I learned that the publisher of the magazine did not initiate the subscription and I was referred to value mags customer service, which was not in service. Value Mags is using deceitful practices...

I'm a 74 year old Codger and I don't need InStyle Magazine in my mailbox. Worse, I didn't need the headache I got from the perfume sample embedded in its pages. And the smell lingered in our house so that my wife thought I'd been "entertaining" on the sly. It's anybody's guess how Valuemags got our addresses, mine or yours. But here is theirs! Company headquarters: 230 West Huron St, Ste 500 Chicago, IL 60654 With this information, I plan to...

I started getting four different magazines in the mail a month ago and finally got around to emailing people about cancelling them only to discover it was through this company. I emailed to have them cancelled and it has now been four days without a response. I have even called but I was put on hold and after a half hour of this I had other things to do than waste time on the phone. I really want this subscription to be cancelled and it seems...

I would never subscribe to Time magazine. I have received two issues and when I went to time.com to figure it out it said Valuemags subscribed me. I cancelled the Time magazine subscription but it said I have to call valuemags to settle my contract. What contract? They have deceptive practices and I feel it's related to a totally unrelated type of purchase. I don't even have an account with Valuemags. This is awful!! I do not like companies that...

I get much too much mail at home to sort through. In doing the leg work to find out why I received this, I discovered the 'free' mag subscription courtesy of Valuemags. They appear to have some kind of gift partnership with a vendor I ordered from. Sometimes. people don't want something ... even for free. The time I've spent on this is unwelcome. Consumers should have the opportunity to opt out. They claim I won't be charged on their...

Receiving Style Watch. Per that magazine it was through Valuemags. Uh, no. I don't read magazines and I sure as *** don't care about *** style magazines; I am not a teenager. Thankfully Style Watch has put a stop to the mags, but gave me a 1-800 number to call. I did try to contact Valuemags online through their contact form and OF COURSE it was returned undeliverable. Very annoying, waste of resources, and they will not be getting any money...
