Please be ware of mold
Not BBB accredited: 1st floor there is a mold problem. They are aware and have been aware and are denying any accountability.
We lost everything. Please use a different company. The advertising made on their site is false and inaccurate. Their brand and service to their customers is less than forthright.

Please stop telling other customers that you just found out about this or each new complaint is an isolated incident.
Please stop telling additional customers some lady is writing fake reviews.
There is a review citing the same issue in October and another one from the beginning of summer stating how warm it was becoming in there and since the issue has gone on with your awareness.
Offering to move items to the 2nd and 3rd floor acknowledges you have an issue on the 1st floor. But by doing so, youve spread the contaminate across the building and increased the spread of the contaminate to all other customers belongings and properties.
