It’s a broken system- Dog and pony show

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - I pay child support through my bank.
  • - The system makes great dads bad.
  • - You can't reach the right people.

I pay my child support with this system thru my bank.

This system makes great Dads BAD dads.

You cant get to the right people when there are issues.

State says its value pay, or bank issue. Value pay says its a little glitch in system have to call back another time.

Its a third party service..

When people yell for money, and I have never been late, but yet you spend 2 days on the phone. Who pays the dad for that lost time?

Loss:
$2
Pros:
  • Nice when it works
Cons:
  • When broken- you cant get answers everyone pass the buck

Preferred solution: Pay off my account, 1,500.. For my time of run around with this

Rip off

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - The reviewer says government-related services charge a 2% service fee.
  • - They claim payments take 5 to 7 days after receiving the money.

As usual, anything in our government or associated with it is ripping off Americans! These *** get 2% service fee and after they get ot, they tell you your payment will take 5 to 7 days!!!

Of course its after they have all your money! THEY SHOULD NOT GET 2 PERCENT OF IT TAKES A WEEK TO PAY TO YOU'RE ACCOUNT!

User's recommendation: I wouldn't do business with them

You're too close to Columbus. It's the place where something that should cost $9 becomes $30 by the time Ohio taxpayers are massacred.

Anything and everything within 50 miles of the place is a Black Hole where not even light can escape from the greedy triple-dipping state government and their axe men, the Attorney General and his cabal and a legislature that is blindly cash consuming. I'd move if the rest of family would die or leave with me.

I agree, there should be a lawsuit filed for fraud, they have taken millions from people all over the United States who thought they paid their taxes, but instead they are getting late notices.

What in the world is happening?

AI Highlights
  • - Paid a company listed on IRS payment options; funds vanished.
  • - Office shut down; no help from PayPal or Synchrony.

Is this company a scam? My money paid to this company whose website is clearly posted on the IRS website for payment options, NEVER paid any of my funds to the IRS - the money has vanished and the office is shut down.

I called pay pal, synchrony bank with whom the credit line is with partnered wit this Value systems payment - no one will do anything.

Did I land on Mars? What in the world.

My payment was saying error and was paid into a different department. Should have been paid into building department or construction department. Could you just transfer that payment. Thx

The payment went into the zoning department. Should have been paid into the construction department or building department. Thx

No. You will have to seek a refund from one and pay the other.

The refund will be slower than the demand for payment, so you'll be in this for double until the lazy foot dragging Democrats in office get around to grudgingly sending you a partial refund, eventually (eaten away by their 10% + inflation rate). No way to win.

I need to make a change on my paymen to the irs. I made my payment to 2019 year and it shows 2009

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - I paid online for my 2019 plan tonight.
  • - The receipt shows a payment to 2009.
  • - How can you make the change?
  • - The system isn't reliable.

I usually make my payment with my credit card for the year 2019. Tonight I made the payment online for my 2019 payment plan.

Now that I printed the receipt it shows payment to the 2009. How can you make the change? It wasnt my fault.

I always have to be careful about the information I typed because then I have to make the corrections. Your system is not reliable.

Preferred solution: Made the change on my payment to the irs. I typed for the 2019 payment plan and it shows 2009. I need you to make the correction before the payment gets to the irs with the wrong year

Too late. They'll refund your 2009 (eventually, providing you don't owe from then) while continuing to dun you for 2019.

So keep paying for the current issue without a hitch (or they'll demand the full balance) and accept that your error caused a minor glitch. It's the human operator that isn't reliable (the old 'loose nut behind the wheel' theory).

Actually nothing is happening anymore. I’m looking into a class action.

Try posting on better business bureau - it may work. Good luck!

BBB is as useless as fleas on a dog. It's privately owned and exists for its own benefit.

People pay for that little sticker.

The BBB is not The Commerce Police or The Protector of the People ; they have zero legal authority in all 50 states. The have a catchy name and an urban legend ; that is all.
