Resolved: Need to know where my book rental is?
Can't track my book rental without an order number, which I keep requesting, and I never got a tracking number. I have asked customer service and the help desk without any response from Valore.
I have even sent an email without, again, a response. This book was to arrive today, but the UPS service app does not show the package arriving.

I wanted to correct a mistake
I made a mistake with the P.O. Box number.
I was almost immediately aware of that but it was impossible for me to contact a real person. I think you should have a chat or a person that can answer the phone because I bet this is a very common situation and happens more often than you think.
I had to contact the seller and wait up to 48 hours so I have no idea if he is going to fix the P.O Box # before shipping the book. Not cool :(
