AI Highlights
  • Billed $213; no billing explanation.
  • Rate is $70 per 15 min and wasn't disclosed.
  • Nutritionist seemed to read from a site, and the rep was rude.

Spoke with a nutritionist for a medical referral. Never once was any process explained for billing, what is expected, the service, etc..

I was basically read to off a website and some brochures and every conclusion I came to she just agreed. Get a bill for $213 a couple weeks later. Never once was it explained that they charge $70 per 15 minutes. Called to get explanation and why this was not explained and was told its my Insurances fault for not paying and they will not do anything.

When I asked to speak with someone else she said she would send an email to a supervisor and thats when the attitude came out. Rep turned rude, refused to even answer questions anymore and didnt even verify a number to call me back.

Worst part, the nutritionist was just a waste of time. I can read a website

Cons:
  • Rude customer service
  • Bad service
  • Hidden billing
