Poor to awful service
Valley Wide stated they were able to install Slate tile. Listed below are the items that have occurred during their time of installation for us. We will NEVER use this company again.
1. Their work day begins at 10:00AM and ends at 3:00 PM.
2. They commit to be at work on a specific day, and then 30 minutes after they are supposed to be here, they text and say their workers can't work that day.
3. Frequent use of the word "putah". In Spanish that means ***
4. Very sloppy work. Grout on walls, halfway up doors, in sliding glass door tracks.
5. Grout left all over the top of the slate tiles, the one worker that could speak English said "It will just wipe off with a wet rag". Extremely untrue. My husband and I spent 7 full days on our hands and knees (on slate) with a small brush wire brush, trying to scrape off grout from the tiles.
6. They installed broken tiles. When I observed this, I asked them to NOT install any broken tiles, they said "ok". They continued to use broken tiles over and over after this request came from us.
7. They told lies.
8. Very very sloppy.
