Poor customer service
Customer service is non existent. I went to their Mesa office to pick up equipment.
They did not have mask. Mask was shipped to me later. The machine was never set up. I couldnt use it.
I made appointment for calibration. I arrive at appointment snd person I had appointment width said they didnt set up equipment, I was totally disgusted . I returned the equipment. They sent me yo collections.
I explained I dont pay for goods or services when they are not provided. That is a reasonable expectation.
I paid the bill
