So shady. Nathan will answer your calls and call you nonstop when you're trying to order things but as soon as they mess up and you want a refund, he never responds.
I ordered golf towels that are supposed to keep golfers cool and received rags. I also cancelled my pen order because they were out of stock and they still won't refund me. Also PLEASE do not trust them to purchase domains and redirect them to your site because if you don't make them sign that you're the rightful owner, they will most likely not purchase them and keep the profit. Judging by the previous review on here, Google, & Yelp, this company does this often.
What they're doing is extremely illegal so I'll definitely be getting a full refund of over $1,200. But I'm super disappointed that I trusted Nathan and I hope nobody else gets screwed over by him. Please do your research before.

If you ever do business with or contract Valley Pro Graphics to do any Art Work design or a Website, you need have in righting that you own the legal right to all design work performed and that you rightfully own the domain name as an adminstrator. other wise you will have no recourse to control your domain name...
If you currently have a website being hosted by them you must act fast to get them to relinquish the administration and the legat ownership , otherwise you will loose all and will have to restart all over... better safe than sorry...

You probably didn't even go to court with them and they're just making it up to *try* to look better. The truth always comes out Nathan (Nadeem) and Mohammed Taj.
They could've gone the easy route and just refund me for *** products but instead I'm having to show the public the truth about them. :)
This particular customer agreed to a barter for services and subsequently rescinded on their part of the agreement even though our designers completed his request. The court decided in Valley Pro Graphics favor after we produced evidence and documents supporting our case.
Anyone who would like to obtain a copy of the court's Judgement & Statement of Decision can contact our office directly. We also have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau even though we have yet to become a paying member.
