AI Highlights
  • - Phone fell on Rapid bus; driver checked and returned downtown.
  • - User alleges Ronnie at Van and Central Station downtown is involved.

My iphone fell out of my pocket on a Rapid bus. Which means they pick you up downtown at certain locations and drop you all off at the same final destination. I was sitting by myself and noticed that my final bus was just in front and getting ready to leave. At that time i didnt realize my phone was missing. Not till the bus pulled away. Mind you the Rapid bus does not pick up anyone. The driver checks the bus and heads back downtown. When i got home i called them , since it was Friday and close to closing they said i had to wait till Monday. Went down after work on Monday and described my phone pink and white trimming. The woman says they just got a phone fitting that description. She asked me do i have a charger which i do. She tells me she needs to charge it to get it working. After a time period she comes back asking for my password. She tells me just to make sure its my phone. What happen next she comes back and saids sorry your password did not work. I asked try again no again from her. Then i asked can i see the phone to make sure?? Her answer behind glass windows was we cannot do that. Really???? I have no way of tracking my phone since it is off line now. If any one from the Phoenix az reads this review remember the name Ronnie she works at the Van and central station downtown. She works with or is an accompliss with these thiefs!!! Give me back my phone you CROOKS!!#
