Shaddy business practices, hustles military, and unsuspecting souls....tries to hide there fees in finance charges. After countless failed attempts to manipulate the consumer(s), then they try to seek collections on a product they cant deliver on!!!
They should be black-listed for the way they mis-treat the customers, especially the military.
Particulary there finance department, Chris Ryhner, harasses, threatens, and comes off as the mob, even if he's at fault and incompetent. All in all the dealership seems ok, however if they back his illegal business ventures then they are just as guilty and at fault for allowing these scandals to take place!
