The restaurant itself really needs refreshed inside. The ceiling is filthy and discolored, most of the lights above the tables are burned out. The ice cream counter is always cluttered and not available for seating.

I just left your Richland location. I got all you could eat fish and it was absolutely horrible.
The fish was burnt and I had to peel the breading off to get it somewhat eatable. The second order came out burnt more than the first and the waitress took it back. The third plate was as bad as the first and I couldnt finish it. I told her several times it was horrible and was offered no discount or anything.
Ive had your fish several times in the past and never was it bad like this, not very happy with that experience.
I could have had a lot better of a meal just a few doors down. saddened by the service as I been going in there 45 plus years, just seemed nobody cared one bit that my meal was terrible
