Valhalla Med Spa

Staff are good but if you miss a apt they will charge you $50 there suppose to call you early before your apt and they didnt i that spent 400 here n they want more smh horrible the manager wouldnt even come to the front and talk horrible service and there are other places just like this and they are CHEAPER!!!!

I have been going there for over a year and have great service with great results I have been late rescheduled last minute and never have they treated me poorly. I live in Henderson and they are located complete other side but we'll worth the trip.

They recently moved into a medical center on Tenaya that is very nice. I would definitely recommend them and their services AND all their bubbly staff

I found this Med Spa on Living Social, so figured I'd give them a shot. They're on the opposite side of town from me - a full 55 minute drive in fact.

They're located in a dark corner of a sketchy strip mall which my GPS could not pinpoint. I arrived 6 minutes (seriously, 6 minutes!) late and was told by a very rude receptionists that I was messing up her entire schedule and she had a busy day full of real customers! She then refused to check me in and told me I could call and reschedule (didn't even offer to reschedule me while I was there). When I told her I was from an hour away and my GPS couldn't find them, she rolled her eyes!

I told her it was too far for me to come back and she told me that wasn't her problem, as I was late! Thankfully, Living Social issued me a refund, but I am warning people not to waste their time and money at this horrible place.
