i asked them why they were charging me tax for Ontario buyers on the AMERICAN price rather than a Canadian price???
when i ask they gaslight you and manipulate you and won't be honest about this abuse.
You cannot calculate the proper amount of tax for tax purposes on American currency for Canadians.
plus you can explain to clients why a CANADIAN is charging US PRICE PLUS tax on US PRICE???
you are abusing customers!!! and you won't solve this on emails.
you just keep lying to me when you have a yana that doesn't understand anything about accounting.
charging 600 a year for a subscription plus the Canadian tax on that amount in us dollars??? REALLY?
