I'm so very disappointed because I've called twice to see about maybe a new bottle in replacement or maybe store credit. But I wasn't at all a concern for there customer service

Purchased an expensive black Valentino Handbag and slowly the silver buttons started to fall of to the point it is embarrassing to carry a purse like that !
I wrote about it and a gentleman answered wanting my address but nobody is responding or taking care of it ; I sent a picture . All I wanted is replacement buttons that could possibly be sown back .
