- - They cannot unsubscribe me or add me to a Do Not Contact List, and they yelled.
I received an email from a service using Vagaro.com. I wanted to unsubscribe.
NO Federally required Unsubscribe link.
So I called sales. Who said shed transfer me to someone to help. Sent me back to MAIN recording. So I chose tech support.
I was grilled HOW was I contacted.
By email, which is what I initially said.
But what device?
What does that matter?
I asked.
What email app?
What does that matter? I again asked.
I got no info.
ONLY told that they could not unsubscribe me when I said you only need my email address to put me on their No Contact List.
They cannot Unsubscribe us or put us on Do Not Contact List!!
AND HE YELLED at me, repeatedly, for talking. I object to being grilled when they offered no help.
How DARE companies who violate Federal laws YELL AT and ARGUE with the public when they are SPAMMING US??
AND they sounded like teens who have NO idea WTF is up nor how to run a business.
They are clueless, rude spammers WHO ARGUED and YELLED at me.

Unable to access tickets the site is a rip off
- - User paid 270 for a ticket never received.
- - Overnight stay cost 177 pounds.
- - No help from customer service; pursuing legal proceedings.
I paid 270 for a ticket I never got and a overnight stay at my cost to never go to the concert and no help from the customer service line or at the concert I paid for the hotel 177pounds never will use this site again they just take your money and leave you stranded do not use this site I am seeking legal proceedings against them
