I would like to say I trust this branch but, that would be far from the truth. In the last two years; I had my tires aligned and they did not lock my rims back on right. If it wasnt for the military police at the gate of Fort Stewart, that could have been a terrible accident. They noticed my tire looked funny as if it was sitting correctly. It turns out my rim was not correctly locked back on and my tire was coming off. After that, I had new brakes put on and my rotors done. I was driving by the library ion Hinesville at 10 mph and the brake caliber pops off and slams into my rim because it was not screwed in all the way. Completely stopping my car from moving. This also popped my brake lines and broke my ground effect lighting equipment. I waited for over 2 hours to get towed back to Nissan. After it was clear it was their fault, the lady in charge of the rental cars tired to give me a car I could not fit in literally. She lied and tired to give me a car I was way to tall for even with the seats let back my knees where almost in my freaking chest and the service guy Jessie even tried to convivence me that it made sense (which I used to trust him but he has lost all my respect). After I refused the car, she comes back about 20 minutes later claiming she found a car that I could fit in and she did but, this let me know she was lying from the start. After they fixed my car and rim, I had the extreme audio team fix the ground effect equipment myself even though it was their fault because I really didnt want the mechanic to lose his job from what I felt may have been an honest mistake. The most recent incident happened the last week of 2020. I got an oil change and all my systems flushed and had an oil leak fixed. When I returned to get my car, the mechanic told me that he believes he broke my ground effect lights and wanted me to take a look to be sure. After he showed me the damage, I told him I can not afford to fix them again on his behalf. He told me to let the manage know he takes responsibility for the damage. This was very honorable and showed great character. I would have paid to get them fixed again but, I couldnt afford to cover the repairs of his mistakes again. This issue starts and ends with the service manager. Between the service person Jessie and his manager, they were trying to blow off the incident and not take responsibility to cover the damages even after the mechanic admitted to me and my friend that it was his fault. I waited and waited while it seemed the service manager had no intention of speaking with me at all. So, I called extreme audio, the company that put the equipment on my car and sent them pictures of the damages. I had the people there speak with the service manager at Nissan and only then after they explained to him that had repaired it last time they broke them and that the only way they could have been broken like that again is if my car had been put on a lift the wrong way without care for the equipment they put on my car, only after that is when the service manager now takes responsibility for the damage, and he did it very reluctantly. There is nothing nice I can say about this place but 3 times is the charm. Oh, and I almost forgot; after the brake caliber incident, somehow my email address got changed to fffrrrr@***.com. This was clearly this branch service department doing because they did not want me to put that in the service survey. On my last visit is when I found out my email address had been changed. This is how this branch is clearly curving their bad reviews. I bet there are many more email addressing that have been change to check honest reviews from surfacing.

Was not happy with the way this Nissan Co handled my business with them when I tried to get a refund/new battery in place of battery that went dead that was still under warranty

Well I had bought a battery back in July 16,2015,i carried it out of the store that day,i did not have to put it in my Nissan car. Ok when the battery went dead Dec 25,2017 Christmas morning,i was very disappointed,cause this battery was a 7 year warranty battery. I have been having some absessed teeth pulled,had me very sick. I was just able to get to take the dead battery back to replace it @ the Nisssan car Co.in Hinesville Ga. I had talked to someone on the phone,because I couldn't find my receipt where I had bought it,@ no time did he tell me I had to bring my car,so the new battery they replaced for me would be put straight into my Nissan car by their service dept!!! Well when I went in there March 16,2018, they told me I had to have my car,so they could put it in there themselves,being I didn't have the car with me,they came up with they couldn't replace my battery for me or refund me back my $132.99 total that I paid for the 84 Mo battery. I had to wind up paying $68.85 for another battery,but it had to be for 3 yrs warranty,not the 84 Mo I originally bought. How is this right? Yes it was that or take the dead battery home & not have a battery,but this is not acceptable @ all!!! I kept my cool,but I let them know exactly what I thought of this. They said that I couldn't prove that I had not put 36k miles on the battery,i told them that I know I didn't,cause I drive my Mama's car when I go out of town,cause it's better on gas & a SUV,alot better on my back that I've had 3 lower back surgeries on,but anyway they wouldn't budge,i wound up having to pay right @ $ 70 for another battery. This big company is so hard up for money,that they have to stoop to cheating a disabled Woman out of her money that she fully paid for,that every little bit of money I have is very vital to me,cause I am on a disability check,which is not hardly enough to live off of. They tried to placate me,which aggravated me that much more,like I am an idiot,but I know what's right & I know what's wrong. This Nissan Co in Hinesville Ga is very wrong,very greedy!!!! Just know that I am not a happy customer!!!! Sincerely,Beverly Brown
