Hi there, I buy 2 boxes of Vachon products a week for my kids' snacks. Now, this is the second time I've bought a box of chocolate cupcakes, and there has been a package opened in a sealed box and looks like half a cupcake has been eaten.
Not impressed. I have the product and box and would like some kind of refund for this mess-up.

Bought two boxes of passion flakies as I always do opened it to find out not only were they in poor shape but was 1/2 the size 1/2 the filling and double the price opened the other box to find the same very poor quality

It's bad enough we the customers have to pay ridiculous prices, but now on top of that we only get half of the product?!!
