Booked a trip to San Antonio Texas Riverwalk purchased two tickets from the river tour could not go due to illness called sat these tickets were non refundable they didn't say that when I bought them
Can not make the trip called for my refund said it's not refundable didn't say that when I purchased them that's not good for business I am very upset will never use your company again

We chose Vacations Made Easy to book a Pirate's Dinner show and the site gave us a bal. $160.
The next morning our confirmation charged my husband's c.c. $181. When we arrived at the window the clerk at the counter confirmed the tickets cost $160.
and suggested we contact Vacations Made Easy only to be told that we paid for credit card fee and their fee! I will never use their site again we could have booked directly from their location or through our concierge at our hotel.
