Ignored my property review and ignored my emails

We used this website to find a property that a group of us rented for a New Years gathering. After staying at the property, I tried several times to leave a review of the property on the website.

There were already 7 other reivews, and they were all very positive ones, but our experience was not completely positive and I had some negative things to say about it. I have tried at least three times to submit the review, but it was never posted. I also tried contacting Vacation Home Rentals directly (through their website) to ask why this was happening, but never got a response from them.

In the meantime, someone else left another glowingly positive review of the same property. I am wondering if they are really open to negative reviews or not.
