All info says you can use it while charging, complete lie, you have to wait AT LEAST 20 mins before using, longer if using loose leaf cart.
After 1 week the loose leaf cart stopped working completely, it wont heat up, light goes red, then instead of going yellow and then green it goes out.
VERY annoying, the pen obviously works because the e-liquid cart works fine, but instead of just sending me a new loose leaf cart they want me to send the pen back to them.

To be honest the lady on the phone was very nice and helpful but the product is a total joke. I paid over 100 UK pounds for pen, 2 carts, 1 loose leaf cart, e liquid and charger for my car.
Giving up smoking is hard enough without coping with the stress of a *** product that does not do what it says on the box, now they want me to send it back to them so i may as well go down to my local vape shop and spend more money on a good product.
i'm hoping they will refund me but i've opened half of the e-liquids (six small samples) and they don't give refunds for the carts so the BEST I can hope for is approximately half my cash.
