I received a scholarship for the Elite study package, through my university. I had a zoom call with the rep over the summer to give me a rundown on site navigation and whatnot.
I am a single mother, non-traditional full-time student, and I also work. I have maintained above a 3.5 GPA. My son is 9. He was 4 when I started school.
I'll let the reader do the math on what I've missed out on. I received my discount code in November and it doesn't work. I have emailed support with screenshots to detail my exact issue. In fact, I have emailed about this issue FIVE TIMES.
Their response, every time, is to include steps on how to redeem my discount code, which is what I've already done numerous times, and have shown proof in the screenshots I've sent them. The steps say to enter my discount code. If an error pops up (it says my discount code is incorrect or has expired), enter my 'discount code' (not sure what the apostrophes are supposed to indicate) and hit 'Apply'. Then, add my study package to my cart, etc., etc.
What they skip over, is what to do when you hit 'apply' for the second time and STILL get the discount code expiration error! I get it over and over and over. I tried logging in and going through the motions of purchasing the study package, where I could hopefully apply my discount code at check-out. I still get the error!
The last two courses for my degree require me to have a study package for the CPA exam. If I don't, I cannot take the courses, and I cannot graduate. I'm starting to think UWorld has no intention of honoring my scholarship and plans to continue responding to my emails with the same unhelpful instructions, until I just give up and let it go. But I can't do that.
So I keep replying to their emails, literally crying while I'm typing because I'm backed into a corner that I don't know how to get out of. It's December.
Spring courses start mid January. I DO NOT HAVE $4,000 FOR A STUDY PACKAGE!

I’m trying to log in, trying for one week already. Send emails for help. No reasonably answer yet
My log in doesnt go through. I had sent emails already explaining whats is happening detailed but it seems to be answered by a computer
