Unit flashed on and then off immediately every time I turn it on.

Fake customer service number... answers with recording in less than stellar English.

Recording advises the telephone number is not working due to call volume...instructed to send email. Bad enough their product is not working, now customer service is trying to keep you as far away as possible.

Uvlizer - Bulb size wrong

Gave info on the model Uvlizer I have and the overall measurement was sent but was still sent replacement bulbs that are too long by about 2 inches and Im guessing my Uvilizers are the first ones on the market and they are smaller than whats available now so would appreciate a return label being sent to measap for a refund or have the shorter bulbs sent to me

Doesn't work, I assembled it correctly doesn't turn on. Would like a replacement please. Thank you

I assembled the utilizer and have it exactly how it's supposed to go plug it in and nothing happens flip the switch nothing happens nothing happens with remote with fresh batteries so I'm very frustrated.

Question re: bulb

Is it possible to insert the bulb after the frame and base have been put together? My husband clicked the two together before inserting the bulb.

Warranty n fraud

Hard to get in touch with somebody I can talk to about my problem chating withautomated chat it shows that I got to pay 1doller to talk to tech. N it says it's refundable So I put my debit card # and right after my bank text me that there might be fraudulent going on they said I got charged 46.00 dollars 4imes at same day same time so i toll them not pay now i am waiting for my new card because they have to close out old card this so frustrating

They ripped me off. I refused the order they UPS because they wouldnt let me cancel it the day after I ordered. I have the return label from UPS and they wont refund my credit card

Ordered and paid for on 2/3/25. Received an email today regarding my order and this order could not be found.

Attempted to call customer service and the phones are disabled.

I request this order to be cancelled and money to be credited back to the card used for purchase. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.
