Bottle does not work
My UVBrite bottle has never worked. There is no telephone for them.
All you can do is e-mail them and complain. But no one will get back to youDONOT BUY this product.

Can't get the bottle to work
- - Charged 3 hours; magenta charging light did not come on.
- - After unplugging and pressing the button, the indicator shows 8 alternating green and magenta lights.
I charged for 3 hours the magenta light never came on indicating charging. when I unplug and hit button i get 8 alternating green and magenta lights.
What does this mean? thank you please help me

The bottle lid has been charging for 24 hours and the light is still red. If I had known they didn't have customer service, I would not have bought this product.

I called within an hour of ordering to cancel; spoke with Ruby who provided me a cancellation number. She advised my credit would show up in 5-7 biz days.
Couple of days later, I received an email the product was shipping; called back and advised I'd cancelled the order.
They said, oh, already shipped cannot cancel! Of course, when the order was received, I called to give the cancellation number, but it was not in their system.
She offered me 30% off; told her I don't want their product; she told me to pay return shipping to CA and they'll keep a 10% restocking fee!!! Total scammers!!!

- - Customer tried to cancel minutes after ordering.
- - After several emails, the reply was oops too late.
- - Returns require postage both ways.
I ordered a UV bright thermos and within minutes tried to cancel an order. Send several emails and finally received an answer that said oops too late.
I can return it, but have to pay postage both ways. I am totally disgusted.
