I haven't received my order or refund
August 30th 2021 I orderd ,a rain bird irrigation timer.i checked with them in October 2021 they said because of the holidays it will take longer ,I been asking for my refund, they keep telling me that they will send it ,I haven't heard nothing

Haven't received my order or money back
Orderd a sprinkler clock in September 2001 2 months later they said ,because of the holidays it will take a little longer, it's jun 2002 ,haven't received the item or refund.

Merchandise never received/credit never received
still no refund and now they are ignoring my messages. 5/15
I ordered a hose reel in August and there's none in sight. I requested a refund in the beginning of March.
No refund in sight. I can't believe it takes this long to credit Paypal.

Ordered in August and have not received the item ordered by March. They keep saying to be patient and now they want to keep 40% of the puchase price.

I ordered two hose reels from this company and it took almost a month to get a tracking number and about 40 days to receive wrong item - receive a shower cap today (not what I ordered) not even close - this is a rip off company do not order from them

Items not received, no refunds
I ordered a rain barrel from utyket.com. It never arrived.
I attempted to contact utyket who said they did not have record of the order. Then I attempted to contact the seller via the email address on the paypal invoice. No response. Shipment tracking information was cutoff and incomplete.
Fool me once, shame on you. I figured maybe it had gotten lost with all the shipping issues that have been going on during covid. The price was right, so I tried again. This time I received a flimsy child's tank top.
Sent emails to seller with picture and letter from USPS showing delivery of .11 ounce package (obviously, too light to be a rain barrel). Seller uses Paypay, so I put in a complaint, but Paypal denied my dispute. Now, I am disputing through my credit card. Fool me twice, shame on me.
Don't be a fool, like me!!!
This website is a scam, so do not order from them no matter how good a deal it looks like! You will lose your money and your time!

Never received water tank
I ordered a water tank months ago.First they sent me a child's tank top.So they said they would send the correct item now they say it was lost by the post office. Like a 300 gallon water tank will fit in the mail box.Dont deal with this company they are scam .

Non delivery, stories instead of product
They sent a silly jacket instead of a large water tank. So sorry.
Shipment lost. Cannot send proper product as advertised.
Argued about % refund. Finally refunded months later through Paypal, no product....
User's recommendation: Shop elsewhere, unless you want cheap Chinese clothing.
