They took my email address and phone number as a pre cursor to speaking to cust services by phone but then a recorded message says buy from our website or contact us on our web form. It just felt like a very disingenuous way to get my email address and phone number. Not impressed.

- The spigots won't assemble.
- The first rod was used and the second won't go together; I drove 30 miles, bought bait, and couldn't fish.
The spigots on this rod are impossible to get together .the first rod you sent was used and this one won't go together in any shape or form was looking forward to using it today and you can imagine my frustration when I couldn't fish after driving 30miles and buying bait and waste of a day.
