Huge pants were mailed to me. Not as advertised
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company sent me ENORMOUS pants, not pencil leg pants pictured September 23rd, 2023
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!
Utsav claims to give 100% customer satisfaction. In fact, they mailed me HUGE PANTS made of HORRIBLE SCRATCHY FAFBIC, not the pencil thin silk pants pictured on the website. I planned to wear them under a very soft silk tunic, but these ultra-wide legged pants bulge out so far as to be terrible looking. I could fit 3 of my legs inside these enormous pants legs.
They did not arrive when they were supposed to, and I had to leave town for 2 weeks. I returned to find these unusable pants on my doorstep. I wrote to them immediately and they told me, Sorry, but you can't return them, and we are not refunding your money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!

THEY GIVE DOING INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS A BAD NAME. I WILL DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO MAKE SURE THE PUBLIC KNOWS WHAT A FRAUD UTSAV IS. THEY CLAIM TO BE ALL ABOUT 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, BUT THEY HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY AND GIVEN ME A FRAUDULENT PRODUCT WHICH I CANNOT USE.
I WOULD HAVE TO GAIN 100 POUNDS TO BE ABLE TO WEAR THESE ENORMOUS PANTS.

I CANNOT USE THESE WORTHLESS HUGE PANTS WHICH ARE NOT AS SHOWN IN THE UTSAV WEBSITE, which is PENCIL LEG PANTS. THESE ARE 3 TIMES BIGGER THAN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE.
