Charged restocking fee on used item
The company charged me a restocking fee on a used item 25%. It was a hassle to get in touch with the company, I called several times and had to either leave a voice mail or call back later. Their support people were friendly but it was a hassle to get in touch, they never responded to my emails and they didn't want to let me return the product. I was highly upset when they wanted a 25% Restocking fee on a used item,come on really? I would not do business with them again for any reason what so ever.
