UW are the worst I've ever experienced

Their customer service is hopeless, they never fix anything, blame others and bill whatever they like, when they feel like it. They are out of control in my opinion. Meters can take years to get fixed whilst they 'estimate' what they think you might be using. Hours trying to get through. It's like having a part time job! The other 'services' turn out to be expensive. The proposition they offer is just not true.

On attempting to contact this company

On attempting to contact this company about illegal parking by one of their vans, the people I got treated me as a disabled person as though I was stupid, incompetent and an idiot. So I will now get Police to tow said van as the staff on the phone refused to put the correct department on to deal with this situation!

User's recommendation: Don’t bother as the attitude towards disabled people is a joke.
