Aliment bolt out

I bought a refer trailer at Utility Dealer in Fontana CA in Oct. 2010.

On Mar. 14, 2013, it was aliment there. On Apr. 11, 2013, with a mouth, two bolts for aliment were out from the trailer at Needles CA.

I told it to dealer in Fontana CA. The Service manager said he can do nothing until trailer back to Fontana CA. I asked him if the nuts on the bolts not tight enough, so the bolts loose and out. He said no, and also he said he asked every custom change the bolt at any aliment.

I said I wasn't asked and never heard so from any service shop. I asked local services temporally fixed it. The service guy said he never saw it was happened about 30 years when he worked on trailer. Also he said he pretty sure that it caused by nuts loose.

I talked with service manager and dealer manager in Fontana and I was told it was not their responsibility and refuse do anything about their fault. I kept the evidence and talked with lot of people, but I cannot find where and how I can complain.

Is there any one in your company for me to complain? Who is response for custom service?

UTILITY TRAILERS of DALLAS will STEAL YOU BLIND

We sent in a trailer with the instructions to "Check & Advise" on brakes, and air leak, to install 4 auto slack ajusters (WE supplied the ajusters) install some lights (we supplied the lights) and to "Check & Advise" on the lifgate. and tl let us know what it would need and the cost, now mind you there was NO signed work order as they were to call with the costs. 2 weeks later we got a call from Debra Smith, who said the trailer was ready, and the bill was over $8,000 dollars. NONE of the work was authorized, did all the brakes, they added shocks, the NEVER touched the air leak, they DAMAGED the door on the reailer and there "Shop techs WIPED there GREASY HANDS on the inside of the trailer. They would not release the trailer even though we had an account, it had to be paid for right then. Upon picking up the trailer the Driver pointed out the Grease, the Damage and where they did items that were not even requested. He (Matthew Strong) said "sorry" but offered NO assistance in repairing the damage ofr the "PADDED" Bill. When asked who authorized the repairs, his response "anytime a trailer ciomes in we do what WE think it needs!!!!!

We have filed a CRIMINAL COMPLAINT with the Dallas Police Department, The Texaa Att. Generals office, and have filed a Civil Complaint as well. Numeriuos calls to the Owners, Managers etc go unreturned

ALL TRUCKERS, COMPANY AND OWNWER OPERATORS ALIKE, STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEFS, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

Contact us for more information, we will GLADLY share ALL the paperwork
