I cancelled my subscription to WinZip years ago, have even cancelled bank accounts and moved to other Banks. And they still manage to hit my account every year. This company will rape you yearly if you do any business with them.

Need to montior wife phone

Made my computer run badly. When I tried to remove winzip from my computer it left some files behind that almost caused my computer to crash. It took tech support almost 2 weeks to offer a solution that was to reinstall WinZip. During that time I repeatedly stated I...

System Mechanic allegedly cleans computer of unwanted junk files and other issues slowing you down. Unfortunately, as it deletes them, it appears to delete critical parts of the Windows operating system. If you're tech-savvy, you can (afters hours trying) finally get...
EaseUS - BEWARE: The refund policy is fraudulent!
by ComplicatedMoorhen #16108301.0
I had the same situation as almost every other person on here. The program just doesn't do what they say it does.
Once you plop down the cash there is nothing you can possibly say to them that will qualify you for the refund. The wording of their refund policy precludes anyone from ever actually being eligible. This is not an exaggeration. There is no situation in which any purchase would ever meet the meticulously exacting wording of the return policy.
I believe this makes the contract fraudulent because they omit information and they have no intention to ever carry out the promise to refund the money. I am seeking legal counsel!

WinZip 7.0.4521 is an abomination
by PissedConsumer1610622 #16106221.0
When I bought my new Winzip, I was unable to activate it and had to contact their customer support, which was infuriating because they won't take phone calls; however difficult phone support may be, I have rarely dealt with a company that made it impossible. I finally got through by email and was eventually able to get it going.
When I tested it it by zipping a folder, it caused the entire larger folder that contained the first folder to evaporate; same thing happened when I tried it again. I had to resort to my Carbonite backup to get that folder back.
I've never been so dissatisfied with any software product. This is inexcusable.
