Think twice before investing.
This is a horse racing partnership. All normal partnerships pay their partners on a monthly or bi-monthly basis. Not this one ! They pay only once a year ! The partners pay fees on top of fees. The only one who gets rich here is the owner Robert Hutt, and his staff. lf your horse wins $ 100,000, you'll be lucky if you make $ 100 after all the fees. This is a partnership to completely avoid. There are honest ones out there but this isn't one of them.

Lots of over hyped horses and a money pit for almost all investor suckers. The proof is in the K-1s.
Losses year after year. Embarrassing and should be shut down by IRS.
