AI Highlights
  • - Lied to by registration and doctors; ACA overbilling; hallway post-surgery; 3+ hours in recovery; I won't go to Provo Utah Valley Hospital.

I had surgery at Utah Valley Hospital from the registration to the doctors and admitting RN I was lied to. Since I have Affortable Care Act insurance I was over billed and put in the hallway after my surgery they only care about is as many people they can schedule and care less about any quality of care.

I spent over 3 plus hours in recovery because the staff would not listen to any of my concerns. I will be telling everyone not to go to Provo Utah Valley Hospital
