Mr.Ramada says he's not liable... What now?

To whom this may concern, Back in the end of June and beging of July , my fiancee and I stayed at the Ramada inn by Wyndham in Provo 1460 S University Ave UT 84601 . The entrance to my new living was absolutely traumatizing. June 28, through July 1st we booked with your motel. It was the fourth of July week and at full compacity. To what your front desk expressed also when we needed another room other then the room we where put in room 112. The first night not packing not driving we spent almost 100 hundred dollars for a good night's sleep. I tossed and turned and tossed and scratched and itched and tossed and screamed. My fiancee told me it was most likely allergies being it's all green here or maybe the detergent. Well , I did not get any sleep nor did he with me keeping him up crying all night. The night of the second night came and back into bed I went exhausted. Again here it starts. This time it hurts and feels more irritating then the first night. Ouch stop. I could not take it any longer. I took off the comforter to find several I mean several layers of sheets. Lord and behold Bugs. Lots of bed bugs. We hurried and managed to catch two or three of them. Then took video and photos of the horrible sight. Then completely upset with the worries of them getting into my home ( remember we moved to UT for my fiancee s Job ) walked the container up to the front desk. The manager was not in until the following day but the young lady at the desk would see to it that the manager gets them. So around now 12:30 1:00 am on the second night of being extremely exhausted we had to move all of our three car loads of luggage into another room. By the way was not to comforting being it was across the hall. Now we where in room 121 no longer 112. Just imagine the horror that I (we) felt. Getting eating alive by all of those bugs. My body showed and still to this day does the many bites. I was out numbered. So it's around four am finally have a chance at a little shut eye. Then our alarms go off. The day started at 7am. Me scratching and complaining he's upset with no sleep and paying so much for all bad news. The room smelt like old wet carpet we layed on top of the blankets in fear. Those bugs must of been on something we moved over. Then we woke and tried to open and check our belongings for any bugs the best we could do . The first Uber shows up , we pack it up and off I go the second shows up early this is something we had to take even though it was early because if the holiday there where not many options for us. We already had to pray for what came. So my fiance took the second well that left the third car and luggage waiting. We still are on our rooms bought time. So I call up to the Ramada front desk and explain the situation. They same lady answers to all of this with " Sure , no worries we will put it in the back ( ? ) For you. It's fine as she list just a few items or bags to verify it's ours. Yes that's us. It's fine just call when you are on your way to pick up" Great I say. Well not how it was supposed to go my fiance says by the time all said and done it will be dinner time. So call up and tell them we are on our way . As she asked its now probably 7 730 at night. A guy answers the phone we explain to him and he says yah we had to move it to the house keeping room and new rule is only the manager has the ability to get in with the key. Okay well we we be there shortly well the manager won't be in until the 4 th. Only the manager has the key. So okay I guess until the fourth . The communication was back to back. So, we both said okay then we will pick it up then. Well that day came and we got the run around from that moment on even my fiancee s number was blocked from then on. Finally around the tenth or so a manager answers and was very quick and seemed to already know the situation but was rude. She said she knew nothing of the key or situation but she seemed to by the way she spoke as ND the quick answer was not the way a normal manager speaks to a customer at need of help to locate there home especially after getting eaten alive by Wyndham s bed bugs. She said even if so there's nothing I could do about it it's our policy. My life and memories are gone and I. Left in tears. My dececed brothers necklace my first edition Robots & Empire. My female clothing and personal my luggage my fiance suits and ties . We where left with paying bills and bed bugs and embarrassing doctor visits. Sincerely sad let down and UPSET, H. M. W
