The UT fitness center in Chandler had most of their good fitness machines removed and replaced with inferior, taped up machines one weekend while they were closed. Our solution was to end our membership and join Anytime Fitness.

I guess UT only wants rehab patients.

We enjoyed it while it lasted and really liked the employees there. Good luck and bye.

I recently used your rehab facility in Chandler, Tx. I was pleased with the workers there and decided that my husband and I would get a membership so he could do some arm and shoulder strengthening and I could strengthen my back. Shortly after we joined, they closed the pool. We were not using it, but others complained. We were going every weekday when possible. Today, we walked in to find almost every machine that we used other than the treadmill removed and replaced by literally 5he oldest and junkiest machines I believe you could find in your warehouse. Before you recommend that I travel to your other facilities, that would add a great deal of expense. We are likely just going to quit, and I saw another customer looking bewildered while we were there and discontinuing his membership. We felt terribly insulted an disappointed by this move.
