SINCE YOU ARE UNABLE TO CHANGE ME FROM THE ONE TIME YOU CONNED ME INTO PAYING A YEARLY FEE TO A MONTHLY FEE WHICH I WAS PAYING FOR SEVERAL YEARS TO YOU AND OR ADVANCED TECH SUPPOR-19.99 /MONYH- (WHICH WAS AN EXCELLENT SERVICE THAT HAD THEIR ACT TOGETHER-WHICH YOU DON'T) I AAM CANCELING YOUR SO CALLED SERVICE WHICH AT TIMES TAKES SEVERAL HOURS TO DAYS FOR A TECH TO CALL BACK TO SOLVE A PROBLEM. EACH TIME iI WOULD CALL YOU INDICATED I WAS HASSLED THAT I WAS NOT A MEMBER THAN I MIRACULOSELY I WAS FOUND TO BE A MEMBER,TYHE OF COURSE WAS PUSHED TO PURCHASE SOFTWARE FROM US SOFTWARE SUPPORT.
WHEN I ORALLY TOLD YOU TO CHARGE ME THE 29.95 MONTHLY FEE INSTEAD OF THE TEARLY ONE TIME, I WAS TOLD THAT I HAD NOT TOLD YOU TO DO WHICH I WAS INFORMED THAT I HAD NOT TOLD YOU CORRECTLY TO DO THIS AND THAT I WAS TO SEND YOU WRITTEN PROOF OF MY PAYMENTS FROM MY BANK TO SHOW YOU THAT PAYEMNTS WERE DEBITED FORM MY BANK ACCOUT, NO WAY AM I GOING TO DO YOUR WORK UNLES YOU EICH TO PAY ME $100/HOUR FOR MY TIME. IT'S TO BAD SINCE MOST OF YOUR TECHS ARE EFFECTIVE TO CORRECT PRBLEMS, BUT WHOEVER IS OVERSEEING USTS MUST BE IDIOTS.

Called number on Mydrivers website 5 times with no answer and wait time of over 40 minutes. Very frustrated.
Finally contacted Tech support directly and got a response within 5 minutes. Website numbers for Mydrivers was no help.

I called the renew computer support and found out the company I was using was bought out and I have been charged duplicate charges to my credit card. When I called billing to get this corrected i am getting shuffled around and not called back to discuss these charges. I am ready the contact my credit card company and file a dispute to cancel the entire account.

Tried double billing
I called about a technical problem, which ultimately seemed to solve itself. I had been paying $19.95 on a monthly basis and they strong-armed me into signing up for a yearly subscription at $179, which was charged to my debit card on October 2nd of this year.
Now my debit card is blocked because they tried to charge me another $179 on October 6th. I hate scammers, so I am terminating my relationship with them.

I had a problem when I tried to increase my privacy rating on System Mechanic Ultimate Defense. It was giving me a "low" security/privacy score, so I clicked on the "Maximize Privacy" button to increase it.
Mistake! It worked too well. I started getting a never-ending reCaptcha ("Prove you're not a Robot") pop-up for everything I tried to do. On any browser.
Couldn't get past it. Ever. YVONNE figured it out after a LOT of work and got rid of the reCaptcha pop-ups. I can live with a low privacy/security setting.
I couldn't live with the recaptcha garbage. She's the BEST!

My laptop was running slower than dialup. I have no computer skills and was about to call it quits and buy a new P.
C. instead, I tried their support for a low monthly fee to see what could be done.
The technician removed the spyware and programs that were bloating the system. And I'm relieved to say that I will not be needing to buy a new computer after all.

Great product
For the past few days my Pc was acting up. I couldnt connect it to the internet and my access was denied to certain files.
Moreover, I was facing trouble playing some files that used to work fine before. USTech support was recommended to me by my friend and I gave it a try.
The support not only scanned the problem but also fixed it. My computer now runs fine and smooth.

Assisted very quickly
I was helped rapidly after I informed them of my PC issues. My PC was running extremely slow.
USTechSupport was extremely useful and resolved my PC's issues. I was exceptionally thankful for the expert experience.
Renewed MyCleanID and it would not install
While on a "chat" and after renewing MyCleanID, it would not install properly. So had a remote session and tech installed it for me. Very professional.

Credit Due
After several months, I am still waiting for a credit that is due. Same story every time I call.
They say are turning it over to a manager to be processed and it will take 7 to 10 days to see credit. I have been waiting since June 4.

My internet access was severely compromised. The US Tech Support tech performed a comprehensive diagnostic and restored my PC to full function and even better performance.
