Not receiving packages I pay for

In November of 2023 I filed a complaint with the main post office regarding some baby chicks I ordered and paid $24.00 to have delivered. I am in my 70s, disabled, and can no longer drive.

I received a phone call from Penny the post master at the Mena Post office id Mena Arkansas 71953 telling me I had to come to town and get them myself. O informed Penny that I was guaranteed be the vendor that the baby chicks would delivered to my door. I lost all but 12 of the 34 chicks because she sent the delivery driver out without them. Thus the reason for the complaint.

I have lived here for 5 years come this November.

They delivered packages to me until I filed tha complaint on November 2, 2023. Now they do not deliver and are falsifying records claiming to have delivered items or that could not access my home which is right on highway 71s.

They drive right by it to get to the rural boxes on the side of the highway.

I have been trying all this time to get this resolved.

I have been working with Senator Bozemans office and recently had a conversation with the person over the post offices in Arkansas and Oklahoma by the name of Helen Cuthbertson.

This has been going on for nearly a year.

I need some help here. I would be happy for deliveries once a week.

User's recommendation: Call your senator and complain. They have a postal Liason. If you are disabled as I am had have no family to help you as is the case with me, call up your senator and scream. Apparently the squeaky wheel is the only thing they pay attention to.

He didn't do anything to retrieve my package from ppl who got my package from a carrier who took it to wrong address! That's theft!

I ordered a package from Amazon, it said it was left at my door, but it wasn't! I kept calling the PO to see where it was, I didn't have it!

So then I was told days later it went to the wrong address! Someone has my name, Apt #, my address??? So the carrier tried to get it back, no luck. It was not given back, I did get refunded from Amazon but I want my product!

How dare they keep my mail! I always thought that was theft. But I was told they weren't pursuing it and that is that!! Someone is allowed to keep mail from someone else.

So just keep it if you get mail from someone else, suck it up!!! Now I'm afraid to order something for fear it will go to wrong address.

Letter sent certified mail sent on sept 2 they said it would be there by the 6th

letter sent by usps and no help finding the letter the letter had my life in it such as ss number prof / tax papers credit card numbers driver license and checking account numbers the web site and says its in mount laurel nj all my bank records the web site says its waiting to be scanned since the 6th of sept Awaiting Delivery Scan in a e-mail i got from them they say it was taken to the right place " I conducted an investigation, and discovered that geolocation information confirms the parcel was not delivered in the location expected. Several attempts were made to retrieve the package, but were unsuccessful." CASE CLOSED" called a number of numbers listed for the usps today talked to 2 very rude people sats its my problem

Where to complain about landlord interfering with my mail?

The land lord for 6206 Maywood ave #103,Middelton WI,53562 sorts,handles, writes on,and controls your mail they demand you get your property from them.If you don`t they chide, ridicule and harass you. I`ve told them to read the law -they don`t.

I get into a fight going to get my mail! Futher more they lock it away after 5pm so you can`t get it.This happens at 6206 Maywood ave Middelton WI,53562. Manager Sheila Brown,608-831-****.

I am not disabled or handicapped. I do not need help and they know this .Please tell them to follow the law ,they do not listen to me.

The Post Office needs a lot of help. Last year during April, it took 2 weeks to get a small package from St.

Louis MO to Rochester MI. My sweets baked arrived moldy due to the length of time. Much of this was attributed to the Pandemic and the previous administration. The Post Office said it would take 3 days for priority small packages, but they lied.

Truth is paramount. They provide excuses that nothing is guaranteed. That is not a high performance answer.

I tried this again this year in January 2021 and the same results occurred. It took 2 weeks to get a small package delivered.

I will not use the Post Office again for awhile until this mess is cleared up. When can I expect better performance once again when the delivery dates can be met?

Yesterday, June 2, 2021, I sent the following to the Better Business Bureau. Complaint sent to the BBB, case number is 1552****:

I left a note for my postal carrier to hold mail starting April 25, 2021 and deliver by May 7, 2021. My mail was never delivered until the week of May 24, 2021.

I have missed important dates for bills and personal responses by a given date. I have mail showing postage from April 26, 2021 that was never delivered on May 7th as requested. All the marketing junk was included which should not have been. My mailbox was stuffed so tight, it took me over 5 minutes to unblock it without tearing mail.

I want my mail carrier retrained or fired!

I have stopped using the USPS for mailing packages as of 3 months ago. Your performance is horrible. You have lost a package sending customer.

USPS performance is atrocious!

As a tax payer, the wrong management is leading this organization. Shame, shame, shame.

User's recommendation: Don't use USPS for sending packages; instead use a competitors...their performance is much better. Also, if you hold mail, make sure when you want deliver that you call them on your return if it hasn't started being delivered. My note to my carrier has always worked for 30 years until this last time.

No refund for non delivery

We are angry at USPS in Nov. 2020 we mailed

a package to Sudan.

86 days later the package

was returned to us. We try to get our $107.05

back as a refund for non-delivery. We call USPS

to see how to get it and get the correct form.

Getting through to USPS making them understand

took us weeks. Finally got answers, to why

our package was not deliver, and finally the

correct form.

Today as we were told to do is

to go to our post office. They said sorry no

refund. Really, they stole our money and we

are seniors on a limited funds. All we want is

what is costed us to shipped it not the contents

in which they were spoil anyway.

So if anyone uses the USPS for any foreign packages,

DON'T! They do not deliver and they do not refund.

The Post office isn't delivery redelivery packages in Gary Indiana 46402 why waiting seven hold days still no package.

Wasn't home on April 19 2021 called number on ticket asked for a redelivery for Tuesday which is the next day no package now it's the 27th. April and still no package.

Ongoing problems with Niceville USPS

My VA medication has been repeatedly delivered to the wrong address. My meds have been hand delivered by the residents at the wrong address 3 times now and last time told me we get your mail all the time only this time they returned to address which I do not blame them.

Another occasion I have had to flag the mail carrier down and ask where my medication is. One other time a card was left in my box stating customer not home however my medication dont need a signature. Next day I went to pick up my meds at the post office only to be told the mail didnt run yesterday well if it didnt run then who put the notice in my mail box. Next time my meds arrived at the post office (I tracked them there) I was told by the post master it left the hub already.

However the clerk at the window told me it had not left.

The mail carrier indicated they did not leave the post office till after 9:00 AM when I was up there trying to pick up. This only scratches the surface of my problems with the post master at this location.

Why can't we get a live agent???

Recently changed an address and paid for extended forwarding service, but paid for nothing, got an e-mail USPS stating they will and forwarding soon unless i purchase the service which I already did...Calling them to confirm it, no live agent to talk to and this issue is not included in the prompts! Very frustrated!

Unacceptable Service!

100% agree USPS Priority Mail for the last month has really Sucked. Items I have shipped and waiting to receive is taking weeks to arrive instead of the 2 to 3 days on my postal print out.

It took one package shipped to me From Winston Salem, NC 5 days to get to Greensboro, NC. The package was handed over to the Postman on Dec 17,2020 and after leaving Greensboro, NC on Dec 26, 2020 the Tracking results just states "In Transit, arriving late"

On Dec 21,23020 I left a package at my local Post office with a destination to Yacolt, WA. per the Tracking number it took 7 days to go From Buxton, Me to the USPS Southern Maine Distribution Center which is 30 miles away! On Dec 29th is is listed as "In Transit, arriving Late".

I paid extra for priority shipping so now I have a friend pissed off because I told him the postal printout stated expected delivery would be 12/24/20 and the post master took my money knowing there was a problem.

I have complained to the Post Office and they blame it on CV-19 and Holidays. Why not be honest with us instead if deceiving us?

On November 29 USPS lost a package I was mailing. Carrier picked up this package along with 4 others on 11-29-19 but tracking shows it simply disappeared.

I had to refund my customer so I am out the items, the money and the postage.

USPS website is a circular dead-end. Zero help.

Calling the USPS and complaining about their mail delivery is like relieving yourself while walking into the wind. It might make you feel better, but the result is not what you expected.

The post office in my area delivers my mail to other people up and down the street; drops letters on the ground instead of putting them in the mailbox; forgets to deliver letters and has to turn around from down the road when she discovers she forgot to put some mail into the mailbox; and shows packages as being delivered with a time when they are not and then actually delivers it the next day. All in all, what a great, reliable organization the USPS is.

Inexcusable Service from Des Moines Distribution Center

Every single time I send a package/letter/parcel from my home town in Iowa to the southern states, the item has to go through Des Moines Distribution Center. Every single time the package sits at this site for days and days and days.

Every single time I have to make at least 2 phone calls a day to USPS here and there and try to find my package...and this is with a tracking number. I waste about 2 hours each day or approximately 10 hours each week fighting this. It has happened yet again. I suggest filing a case with the US Postal Inspector (check) and calling your local Consumer Affairs office (check) and reporting this.

I would be fired if I performed this way on the job and my company would be dissolved in bankruptcy/lawsuits if I ran my company this way. I enclose a public item via the Internet on this DSM Distribution Center below from a past US Postal Inspection. Disgraceful.

Frustrating. Time consuming.
