I mistook the website USPOST.SHOP as the USPS's CLICK AND SHIP. The site offers 100 US "Forever" POSTAL STAMPS at HALF price. I should have seen that RED FLAG. Nobody can sell USPS stamps at half price. USPS employees even pay full price for stamps. I placed my order on June 15th, 2022. 5 days later USPS Tracking states that my order is in Jamaica NY and has been since the 15th. My bet is that it is on a slow boat from China, as the payment was to a HONG KONG company.

I thought I was on USPS too and only thought about it after the fact that USPS would never discount that much. And, what is weird is that I did not pay by PayPal, but I got a receipt from PayPal, so I have to figure that out and ensure it does not draft by the CC I entered AND through PayPal.
I only pay through PayPal if I absolutely have to. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand.
